  1. A Reason To Live

"I wrote this song to assert myself, to plant my flag in existence. No longer will I live for others, no longer will I love for others; I live for myself and I love myself. I am enough. I have had the chance to be alive; that is a blessing, a gift that was given to me, an opportunity that I will never ask for or expect, but that I will defend with all of my being. My life is everything to me now. I am free, and no one can take that away from me." - A Reason To Live

I learned about the The Copeland Center for Wellness and Recovery and their Wellness and Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) program from On Our Own Towson, Inc. in Towson, Maryland USA. I'd like to give a deep and bittersweet thank you to my late peer support counselor Ms. Caroline Warfield of On Our Own Towson, Inc. who suggested the WRAP program to me seven trillion times over a span of many years. I finally did the WRAP training and I was able to move #FORWARD with my life. Bless you, Ms. Caroline. There will always be a chair for you, dear.

I hope you will purchase my song and support The Copeland Center for Wellness and Recovery which provided the WRAP program that Ms. Caroline suggested to me, the training that helped so much to set me free so that it might do the same for others. Thank you, Christopher Robin Shelley
