Steve Mazza wrote, performed, arranged, and recorded Acoustic Daydreams, which he released in 2007. The album raised over $11,500 for the Makhulong Orphanage in Pretoria, South Africa. It is located at the Edendale Primary School, where Steve taught during the summer of 2005. Since then, Steve's music has raised over $25,000 for children's charities.

Currently, all revenue from Acoustic Daydreams goes to VH1's Save The Music Foundation. "We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring music programs in America’s public schools, and raising awareness about the importance of music as part of each child’s complete education. At VH1 Save The Music Foundation, we develop strategic partnerships with school districts to build sustainable instrumental music programs by providing grants of brand-new musical instruments to public elementary and middle schools"
