Country Music Hall of Famer Jimmy Fortune and his boyhood musician friends from Nelson County, Virginia, put on a benefit concert in June, 2019, to commemorate the 124 people of the county who lost their lives to flooding and landslides caused by Hurricane Camille in August, 1969. Proceeds from the concert and these recordings are for the benefit of the Nelson County Historical Society and its Camille Resource Center and exhibit at Oakland Museum near Lovingston, VA. Jimmy also produced a music video, "We Won't Forget You," and its soundtrack is included. Jimmy Fortune, Bennie Dodd and Joey Davis tell the stories behind and sing four Camille-related songs written by themselves, Ral Satterwhite and Emily Moxley. Four other musicians, Sue Harlow, Pat Ritchie, Ronnie Iniesta Gary Randall, perform their Camille songs as well. As a bonus, Jimmy's rendition of "Virginia Dreams" is also included.
