Jenni Schaefer is a bestselling author, internationally known speaker, and a Senior Fellow with The Meadows. She has appeared on shows like “Today,” “Dr. Oz,” and “Dr. Phil,” as well as in publications ranging from Cosmopolitan to The New York Times. Her books include Life Without Ed; Goodbye Ed, Hello Me; and Almost Anorexic, a collaboration about subclinical eating disorders with Harvard Medical School. Currently, Jenni is at work on a book about fighting through PTSD.
