James aka 'Jimi Reborn' is not exactly a newbie to the drum & bass scene. Formally working under the name 'Katch22', he built a strong following within his home county of Essex, co-running events under the 'Elevated Audio' banner.
In June 2018, he had his first release on Shiftin' Beatz. 'No More Winter / Make it through' was received well & ranked high in the Juno singles charts. Since then James has decided to put an end to the Katch22 name & try & really build his own sound behind the scenes. Since getting some positive feedback on his tracks from some of the scenes most established artists, he decided to come with a new name.
His last work under the Katch22 name was a couple of free remixes. Firstly of The Prodigy's 'Timebomb Zone' & then TC's 'GTFU' - both of which are still available & have been received well by all those who have played them.
